Jesse is a graduate student at UT Austin in the Computational and Applied Math program. When he isn't busy pretending to work, he enjoys manga, tennis, running, swimming, guitar, cooking, and other random interests. He's trying his best to not fail out of the program right now. Wish him luck =P
Also, the blog name is courtesy of Peter and Mon (congrats =D).

That was a really interesting read, especially for me while I'm dating someone who doesn't share my religious beliefs.
What a bittersweet story.
What are some of your fears about marriage?
mostly the same fears I think I have about relationships - that even if I do find someone who I mesh well with, that things will change and upset things.
For example, I sometimes worry about a partner leaving me because of my beliefs and the direction in which they're going. This isn't to say the fear is sound - I think a lot of this is built on personal issues, which previous experiences have exacerbated.
This was a really good lunch-break read. I can see this happening to me in the future...but on a much different scale...
Future Partner: What the hell?!?! You're leaving me because I believe in exercise?!
...haha anyways, thanks for posting it. It was great.
Hah, I could totally see that, David. Alternatively...
Girl: I believe in you, David!
David: Oh, but I believe in original sin and the depravity of man. We need to break up.
